Watch: Ben Stokes Departs For A Golden Duck As Rishabh Pant Grabs One-Handed Catch

Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant held on to an excellent catch as Ben Stokes departed for a golden duck in the first of the 3-match ODI series between India and England.

After being put in to bat first under overcast conditions by Rohit Sharma, England got off to a terrible start. Jasprit Bumrah sent back Jason Roy and Joe Root within the space of three deliveries in the second over of the innings.

To make things worse for the hosts, Mohammed Shami joined in on the action and sent back Stokes for the third duck of the innings. Stokes received a pacy length delivery that nipped back in.

All he could manage was an inside edge that went to the right of Pant. He managed to dive full length and grab it with his right hand to send back Stokes and put England in further trouble at 7/3.

A dream start for India.
