We’ve been teaming up with Celebrity Cruises to create new and modern travel wellness experiences. In 2021, we sent a roster of talented experts and practitioners on sailings throughout the Caribbean. This September, we’re taking the journey to another level with a new adventure called goop at Sea. During the cruise, we’ll be hosting workshops, movement sessions, pop-up wellness activities, and a live conversation with Gwyneth during a sailing. If you’ve never been on a cruise—and you’re cruise-curious—allow us to introduce you to a unique world that’s changing the way we think about wellness while on vacation.

When you purchase a ticket to goop at Sea, you’ll get access to a curated onboard wellness program designed to enhance your time on the Celebrity Beyond. Alongside other goop at Sea attendees, you’ll move through three workshops exploring mental, physical, and spiritual well-being. You’ll learn from our team of trusted experts who will be coming on the cruise with us. During the trip, Gwyneth will be stopping in to lead a live conversation with one of the experts—and she’ll be taking your questions, too. You’ll also meet and get to know one another at a special on-shore excursion at one of the incredible cities we’ll be visiting. There will be more pop-up activities, gift bags, and of course a few surprises along the way.

The Celebrity Beyond is not your average cruise. On the ship, there are several types of staterooms, and your experiences and dining are dependent on which stateroom you book. In the wellness-minded AquaClass rooms, you’ll find king- and queen-size beds, glass-enclosed verandas with stunning ocean views, and your own dedicated spa concierge (the ship’s spa is one of the best we’ve visited, on sea and on land). THE ITINERARY

goop at Sea takes place on a nine-night European cruise through France and the Italian Riviera. You’ll kick off your trip in Barcelona, where you can spend the day touring Gaudí’s famed buildings or grabbing some tapas before boarding the ship and settling in. Over the next nine days (you can see the full schedule below), we’ll stop in seven more cities—each a perfect backdrop to the onboard wellness programming we’ve curated. And if you’re not quite sure what to do off of the ship, we’ll be picking our favorite excursion in each city, and our practitioners will be going on a few of them, too.
