Xdreams.live DMCA Policy

At Xdreams.live, we respect the legal rights of copyright owners, their agents, and representatives. We require all users of Xdreams.live to also respect the copyright laws.

2. Reporting Content

To report copyright infringement, please get in touch with our support. You can contact us by going to our support form under the "Removals/DMCA" section, available here. Please note, you do not need a Xdreams.live account to report an infringement. Only your name and email address are required to contact us.

3. DMCA Notice Procedures

We will take action upon receiving a properly completed and signed DMCA Notice. This includes disabling access to the content in question on our platform and notifying the user who posted it. Please note that DMCA Notices must be in writing and should include the following information:

• A statement by you, made under penalty of perjury, affirming that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner's behalf.

Although we do not manually review or control the content uploaded or posted by our users, we enforce the DMCA and other relevant laws. We aim to promptly remove content that infringes upon copyrights once it's identified or reported. However, we may not immediately recognize or detect every infringement due to the nature of user-submitted content. As such, Xdreams.live is not liable for any user-posted content that infringes upon the rights of third parties. We appreciate our community's help in promptly reporting any suspected infringement.
